Through ranch chores and projects, supported employees receive valuable work and life experience. Ranch hands are responsible for the care of chickens, goats and horses, as well as gardens, composting, and general facility maintenance.
Ranch hands work closely with job coaches to individualize services to help clients reach personal and family goals.
